A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employers Agent/Contract Administrator to join our team on a work from home basis, focussing predominantly on our projects in Greater London and the south of England, with operational and administrative support from our Head Office. The work mix is likely to include high-rise refurbishment, new build developments and estate regeneration projects.
You will enjoy a varied client facing workload including preparation of specifications and schedules of work, tender documents, managing procurement processes, site inspections, quality management, chairing meetings, contract administration, cost control, design co-ordination, CDM Consultant/Principal Designer duties, Party Wall Act surveys and property (measured and attribute / condition) surveys.
