The Role

Based at our Head Office in Huddersfield this is a fantastic career climbing opportunity for a Graduate with two years’ relevant construction industry experience to join our growing Contract Administration Team working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues.  The role offers the opportunity to work on some exciting projects including, for example, high-rise refurbishment, large new build developments and also estate wide regeneration projects.  

You will enjoy a varied workload including the opportunity to act in a supported role as Employer’s Agent, preparation of specifications and schedules of work, site inspections, quality management, attending site meetings, contract administration, cost control, design co-ordination, CDM Consultant/Principal Designer duties, Party Wall Act surveys and property (measured and attribute / condition) surveys.

Ideal Candidate:

  • RICS or CIOB accredited degree
  • 2 years’ relevant construction industry experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to travel to various sites across the UK  
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Confident & articulate manner
  • A ‘self-starter’ who is motivated & enthusiastic
  • Committed to career development & progressing Professional Institute Membership e.g. RICS, CIOB
